2. Call Booking & Access

After successful payment, call details will be shared via WhatsApp, email, or the booking platform.

You are responsible for:

• Joining the call on time
• Having a stable internet/phone connection
• Being available during the scheduled slot

Late joining or absence may result in reduced call time or forfeiture of the session.

3. Refund Policy

If, after attending the full 1:1 consultation call, you genuinely feel that your problem was not addressed or you did not receive clarity or direction, you may request a refund.

Refunds will be considered only if:

• You attended the complete call
• You actively participated in the discussion
• Your concern is related to the quality or usefulness of the consultation

Refunds will NOT be provided if:

• You miss the call or do not attend
• You join late or leave early
• You expect guaranteed income or results
• You do not take action after the call
• The request is unrelated to consultation quality

All refund decisions are made solely at the discretion of Digi Profits after review.
